Re-engaging the next generation with CNN: A product segment with a multimodal news feed for political literacy.

CNN has been facing a disconnect with Gen Z, who feel less engaged by traditional news formats. This project aims to bridge that gap by redefining CNN's connection with Gen Z through engaging content. Leveraging the 2024 presidential election, we use political literacy as our engagement strategy. Echo, a product segment under CNN, provides multimodal news to enhance political awareness and engagement among young audiences.
